Each and every day, we work hard to deliver excellent Customer Service, Tech Support, Escalations Assistance, Financial Services, and 5G Home Services. Our labor builds enormous revenue for the company, yet our pay does not reflect our value.

We deserve a 20% raise, which amounts to roughly $4.00 per hour for most of us. Verizon pays well over $35/hr to their unionized call center workers, so we know our demand is reasonable.

Our careers at Verizon are valuable to us. We are asking for fair compensation and treatment so that we can continue to help Verizon be a leader in the industry. Paying us a living wage will improve morale, job satisfaction, and will result in higher productivity. The benefits of creating such an environment will be felt both inside and outside of the company.

Increasing our pay is also the right thing to do.
