Federal Call Center Workers Deserve Good Jobs & Wages
The U.S. Department of Labor
GDIT has allegedly engaged in over $100 million in wage theft at its call centers. Now, we’re standing up together to get the pay we are owed.
If you think you’ve been underpaid at GDIT, add your name to the petition calling on the Department of Labor to ensure we receive the pay we deserve and any back pay we are owed.
After you sign, please also share the petition with your coworkers to spread the word.

We are current and former call center employees at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). Every day, we provide assistance, support, and information to tens of thousands of Americans, including those calling 1-800-MEDICARE and the ACA Federal Insurance Marketplace. Yet many of us live paycheck-to-paycheck.
The law requires GDIT to pay us a prevailing wage according to the skill and duties required by our job. We believe that GDIT has misclassified us under the Service Contract Act and underpaid us, and that our job duties require a job classification with higher base pay. Not only is it the law, but paying us correctly will better serve the public by boosting morale, alleviating stress, and reducing turnover.
We wish to join the thousands of current and former GDIT employees who, working together with the Communications Workers of America, have called on the U.S. Department of Labor to investigate misclassification at GDIT call centers and ensure we receive the pay that we deserve and any back pay we are owed.
