CWA has represented employees at Lumen and its many predecessors across the nation. With support for unions at historic highs and the value of organized workforces more clear than ever, we are calling on Lumen to recognize the rights of employees to decide for themselves how they feel about representation in the workplace. We, the Lumen workers, demand that their Company enter into a neutrality agreement with CWA and give employees the agency to decide their fate free of coercion, propaganda and anti-worker rhetoric.
