We, the workers at the Oswego Illinois, Verizon Wireless store have formed our union with the Communications Workers of America (CWA).

We are skilled at our jobs and strongly believe in the democratization of our workforce. When every employee has a direct say in how we are managed and compensated, the needs of the business will undoubtedly also be met. We look forward to having an active part in a fair, respectful, and equitable exchange with Verizon. When we succeed, Verizon succeeds! Our union will usher in a future in which workers and management at every level take equal part in creating optimal products and services offered to our large and growing customer base.
