Tell T-Mobile: Stop Funding Elon Musk’s Starlink
T-Mobile

In July, T-Mobile will launch its “T-Satellite” program in partnership with Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite internet service. Musk, who is the wealthiest person in the world, stands to gain billions from this deal.
He has already spent nearly half a billion dollars to help elect politicians who support cutting programs that help working people so the very rich can pay less in taxes.
Musk is using the influence he bought to try and siphon public funds from high-quality broadband built out by CWA members into Starlink. Our communities need more good union jobs and high-speed fiber internet, not unreliable satellite internet.
To top it off, T-Mobile and Musk both have a history of retaliating against workers for organizing. Musk fought against workers forming a union at Tesla plants, and T-Mobile retaliated against workers who tried to form a union with CWA. Musk also has teamed up with Amazon’s Jeff Bezos to try to permanently shut down the National Labor Relations Board, leaving workers without a way to enforce their right to organize, bargain, and strike.
We’re holding billionaires like Elon Musk and companies like T-Mobile accountable for the damage they are doing to our jobs and our communities. Join us by signing our petition to tell T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert and the company’s Board of Directors to stop financing Musk’s anti-worker crusade and ditch their deal with him.Sponsored by

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of SpaceX, Starlink is a core part of Elon Musk’s business empire.
Mr. Musk’s attacks on workers’ rights are fundamentally misaligned with the interests and values of tens of millions of T-Mobile’s customers. In addition, Musk’s Starlink project threatens to leave rural Americans behind by siphoning public funds from affordable, job-creating fiber optic internet service.
We demand that T-Mobile cancel its contracts with Starlink and stop funding Elon Musk’s attacks on our rights.
