As working people, it is important we make our voice heard in the political process. If we are not at the table fighting for political power, we are on the menu for wealthy elites and their political cronies.
We have seen generational union busting, with over a million workers losing their right to collectively bargain.1 We have seen legislation passed and signed into law that will strip away health care from millions in the name of tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires.2 It is crucial for CWA members to stay involved in the political process and organize our fellow union members to show up and vote for working-class champions and kick the union-busting politicians to the curb.
